The Mentoring Program is intended for anyone answering a spiritual calling in their work. They may be a healer, therapist, artist, teacher, business person, engineer, coach, politician, athlete or social activist. The occupation itself can be anything. The criteria is that the individual feels ‘called’ spiritually to do the work; that it feels like it flows from higher purpose, involves world service or manifests as right livelihood.
The program is designed for all people: those who don’t know the path yet but feel the call; those who know what they are being called to but aren’t doing it yet; and those who are already doing their service work, but feel called to deepen or broaden it somehow. It is beneficial to anyone wanting to tap the power of full alignment with higher guidance as they develop their careers.
Comprised of small group classes, individual sessions and personal projects spanning a nine-month period, The Mentoring Program offers a unique opportunity to bring spiritual insight and higher energies fully into one’s work.
The classes cover four major themes:
1 – Energy Awareness: Students will explore their own energy fields and learn to use energetic awareness in their lives and their work. They will connect with their higher energies for support, guidance and direction. They will explore their own uniqueness in the development of their vision for their work. They will use energy awareness and their higher energies to transform limiting patterns of belief or behavior.
2 – Spiritual Direction: Students will develop a powerful working relationship with their higher energies to develop a vision of their service work and their business plan. They will learn to surrender to the flow of the higher energies working with them and through them in their work. They will greatly deepen self-love and unconditional support for their work and their lives.
3 – Integrity in Service: Students will explore right relationship with clients and with themselves. They will work in a heart-centered, ego-less way with deep respect for the individual needs of their clients. They will also learn good self-care practices, including how to respond to troubling clients.
4 – Manifesting a Business: Students will work with their higher energies to develop a vision of their business including practical details of the target market, location, how to offer services, income needs and wants, pricing, graphic design and marketing plans. Students will create from the inside out, following their spiritual calling in the development of their business. They will engage with the web-of-life to manifest their plan in the physical world, following the signs and signals offered to them.
The Mentoring Program will be augmented by Energy Healing Skills classes for those students wanting to develop a career as an energy healer
